When we were in Argentina, we didn´t want to spend a lot of money on accomodation or hotels, we preferred to spend it on sightseeing and travelling around.
Hostal Santa Fe Hotel in Santa Fe was the best option for us. It was a quite cheap hotel in the heart of Santa Fe. The hotel rooms were simple, but clean. We had breakfast there as well, which was not too much, but good!
