"It´s a good place "
I´ve stayed at the Florianopolis Palace Hotel for a week. Overall it was a good hotel. The staff were nice and they helped planning tours. Unfortunately the wireless wasn´t always working in the hotel, sometimes only in the lobby.
It took about a 20 minutes drive to get to the beach.
