Does somebody know if Casa Grande Hotel is a cheap and good hotel to stay?

I am a low budget and backpacker traveller and I wanted to know if this hotel is the right for me?!!

My next holiday will be in Cuba, but I don´t know if I need any immunisation or other health precautions. Can somebody tell me?
