Hi, I went to London two years ago at summer time. I really enjoyed my stay there thanks for gift-tours.com. They provide transport service from airport to center of London. This hotel is rather cheap even though it was the most popular season for travellers to London. Check this site when you want to know low budget accomodation in London.
