Sandra, there is definitely a nightlife in Cape Town. I did my internship in Cape Town for 5 months. The first 2 weeks I stayed at this hotel, after that I rent an appartment in the city. For information about Cape Town, you can take a look at this. About the hotel: This is a good hotel to stay if you go to Cape Town. This Mount Nelson Hotel has everything what you can imagine! It is a bit expensive but then you get a lot as well (like spa, hair dresser, fitness, ballroom etc).

Have fun if you´re planning to go! It is an amazing world city.

Another very expensive hotel. But the price makes up for its class. Located close to the Gardens with nice historical viewings. The service was not that great though.
