"Very basic hotel in Spain, but nice staff "

Last summer I stayed in the La Palmera Hotel in Spain. It was okay for the time I was there, won´t go longer! If you come to Spain to relax and have rest, then you better go to a different hotel (or city), cause here you won´t get that. The hotel itself was kind of basic, but okay. Staff were nice actually, so that was a good point. Not sure if I will return....

Hello guys! In July (2009) this year I will go to Spain, Lloret de Mar with my friends! Can somebody tell me something more about their experience over here? Is the nightlife good? And the hotel what I´ve booked can somebody give me some more information abotu this hotel? For me and my friends is the bathroom very important. I should be cheap and the toilet should not me TO SMALL! I hope that somebody can give me more information before the end of June! I´m very curious.

Hi there, these are to complete different reviews! Can please a third person give their opinion? Because I wanted to go on holiday very soon to Flamingo Hotel in Cirona, Lloret de Mar in Spain but now I don´t know what is best. Thanks!

If you are looking for a good party location, then I recommend Lloret del Mar in Spain!

I really liked to stay there because everyday the whole day was a party! The hotel Santa Marta was located very well because it was a short walk to all the bars, clubs and restaurants.

Besides that, the hotel was clean and had comfortable beds, which was really important to me!!

So, if you like to party, I advise you to go there!

I went for one week to Lorete to visit the city, beach and the parties. It was a really eventful week and I get to know a lot of new people. The hotel was nicely located and the staff was also very helpful;) Thanks for a great week at your hotel!

"Astoria Park Hotel "

This 3  star Astoria Park Hotel is not a bad hotel. I´ve seen better, but also worse. The location is okay. You go to this place because you don´t want to pay that much so you shouldn´t expect much either.
The food was also ok for this hotel. I might go back here next year.

I don´t agree at all with the previous review. Ive been here with some friends of mine and we really had a great time.Its a really out going and alive city for a holiday and there is always something to do.

Or going to the beach, eating out, shopping the nightlife!

I enjoyed everything at the Flamingo Hotel.

Also the staff was very friendly. One day we came back from clubbing and some of us had a little bit too much so we made a lot of noice getting to our room. The staff just helped us and the next day they could laugh about it. I had a great expirience and definialy want to go again!

I stayed in Flamingo Hotel for 3 days and it was a nightmare. Loud, walls cracking and cold, often rotten food. The only positive was the cleanliness of the rooms.
