I spent one night at the Best Western in Philadelphia, and it was great. Ok. So the hotel was not fantastic.. but it was clean and in a great location. It was in the center of Philadelphia, easily accessible to the subway (Broad Street Line - Orange) as well as the Parkway. It was walking distance to the famous Philadelphia Art Museum where I ran up the stairs like Rocky! It was an exciting neighborhood and I would stay there again!
